Refund & Replacement Policy

Many products sold through this shop are made to order and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because of this production process, returns are limited.

Made-to-Order Products

Items such as:

• journals
• canvases
• apparel
• mugs and drinkware
• personalized décor
• custom accessories

are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the order.

Refunds or replacements are available only if:

• the item arrives damaged
• the item has a manufacturing defect
• the wrong item was delivered

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• order number
• photo of the product
• photo of the packaging

Once verified, we will issue either:

• a replacement, or
• a refund to the original payment method


Non-Custom Items

Products that are not made to order may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• the item is unused
• the item is in original packaging
• the item is in resellable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Because made-to-order items enter production quickly, requests for order changes or cancellations must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase.

Once production begins, orders cannot be modified.
